The share of the licence software in the Belarus market does not exceed 10-15 %, the director of company "Softline" in Minsk considers Andrey Ovsejko. He has declared it on March, 12th at press conference in Minsk.

He has noticed, that struggle against a piracy in Belarus is complicated by the absence fact in republic of legal representatives of the largest world IT Companies-legal owners, which would declare the rights to production and initiated struggle against the grey market. "At present here practically anybody is not present", - A.Ovsejko has told.

About the facts of any serious pressure upon manufacturers of counterfeit production from law enforcement bodies representatives of company "Софтлайн" in Belarus also do not know.

According to A.Ovsejko, the volume of the market of the licence software in 2007 in comparison with 2006 has grown in Belarus approximately on 70 % and has made 10-12 million US dollars.

"We expect still steady growth in the market at least the next five years. Thus the software market will grow on 50-70 % annually", - the director of company "Softline" in Minsk has told.

There are more demanded training and consulting directions in IT Sphere. Growth of number of computers among corporate users is expected at level not less than 10 % a year. "It is natural, we expect also decrease in level of a piracy", - has underlined A.Ovsejko.
